Mr. Artuz specializes in patent litigation, particularly in matters relating to computer technology, semiconductor design/processing, biotechnology and mechanical devices.

Mr. Artuz is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark office and began his legal career as a patent prosecutor.

In 2004, Mr. Artuz served as law clerk to the Honorable James Ware in the District Court of the Northern District of California.
