Successfully represented a Fortune 200 employer in trial and appeal against a former employee who engaged in self-dealing in breach of his fiduciary obligations to his employer (employee had directed work and business to vendors in which he had an undisclosed financial interest).  Received judgment in favor of employer (in excess of $1,000,000), which was ultimately upheld on appeal to the North Carolina Supreme Court.  Obtained creative remedies, including constructive trusts over cars, horses, and workers compensation payments.
