Obtained recovery in arbitration of more than $8 million on arbitrable claims. As a part of its arbitration award, the firm recovered more than $1.4 million in attorneys' fees for the contractor, while defeating counterclaims in excess of $1 million. Remaining disputes are in litigation in Federal Court.
