Ms. Fahmy is joining the firm’s Litigation Department on both the Antitrust & Trade Regulation Team and the Insurance Recovery Team. Ms. Fahmy focuses her practice on commercial trial work, including private antitrust litigation, as well as antitrust counseling work. She received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, cum laude, where she was an associate editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.
