Antoinette Ellison focuses her practice on insurance coverage litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ellison practiced for seven years at a prominent international law firm in New York where she actively participated in all aspects of securities and complex commercial litigation matters.
While in law school, Ms. Ellison was awarded the Archie O. Dawson Prize for proficiency in oral advocacy and was afforded an opportunity to serve as an extern at various courts in the federal system, including the Supreme Court of the United States. She also completed an externship with the Honorable Gerard E. Lynch during his service on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Ms. Ellison was an Editor for the National Black Law Journal and was the National Champion of the 2000 Frederick Douglass Moot Court Competition.
