Candace Fowler practices in the area of commercial real estate, with particular emphasis in the areas of portfolio dispositions and acquisitions, and equity and institutional investment in real estate.
Ms. Fowler regularly advises clients in investments in real estate assets in a variety of jurisdictions throughout the country (including multi-family, office and mixed-use developments, as well as land development). She also counsels clients in acquisitions, sales and development joint ventures.
Ms. Fowler was listed in The Best Lawyers in America® for Real Estate Law in 2013 and each of the 10 years immediately preceding. She was named a Georgia “Super Lawyer” in Real Estate Law by SuperLawyers magazine in 2013 and the four years immediately preceding and listed in the 2013 and the four years immediately preceding editions of Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business for Real Estate. Ms. Fowler has been recognized as one of Georgia Trend's 2012 “Legal Elite” for Real Estate Law.
