STOCKHOLM (5 July 2012) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton advised Catella Real Estate AG KAG in an acquisition of the real estate property Sjöstadsporten in Hammarby Sjöstad/Stockholm, Sweden from Areim Property Holding. The property consists of office space and has a rentable area of 7,700 sq.m.
