Richard S. Gottlieb concentrates his practice in the areas of trade secret and complex business litigation. He regularly represents companies in a variety of industries, including aerospace and defense, telecommunications, and health care.

Mr. Gottlieb was named to Business North Carolina’s “Legal Elite” in the area of Litigation in 2013 and the eight years immediately preceding. He was recognized as a North Carolina “Super Lawyer” for Business Litigation in 2006 and from 2008 to 2013 and as a "Rising Star" in 2009 by SuperLawyers magazine.
